He grabbed a tub of vanilla Haagen Dazs ice cream clocking in at almost 270 per 1/2 cup instead. In the kitchen he pushed her box of Skinny Cow low calorie ice cream aside. "Oh that would be lovely - thanks sweetie" "Going to get me something to snack - you want a bit of ice cream for dessert?" "I didn't make dessert because I thought this would be enough" She found it cute, almost romantic that he fed her. "Here, a shame to let it go to waste.", he brought the fork to her mouth, ".two bites and that way we're not stuck with useless left-overs" ![]() He took the plate from her, grabbed the fork, and prepared a bite. "Pfff, that's good, but I can't anymore!" There were maybe two, three bites left on her plate that had contained a portion for 1.5 people. She would have gone for a health conscious sprinkle he had opted for some cheese, top it with sauce to hide the first layer, then some on top of the sauce. ![]() "You don't want to eat in the kitchen?" "Nah, this way I don't have to clear the table." That - and it was him who had put her cheese on her spaghetti. He gave her her plate in the living room. Simple store bought Alfredo sauce - with some cream added. Simple carbs, easy to break down, guaranteed to make her feel full at first but hungry not long after. Throwing a smile over his shoulder he said it would be ready in no time. No pressure we just eat and it is what it is. That sounded interesting! Playing house had been fun in the beginning, but now, coming home from work and expected to cook, that just sucked most days. "You'd do the cooking?!", she interrupted him. You know I've always been skinny, no matter what I eat. "I know that honey," he was so understanding, "but I'm not talking about you being 200, 300 lbs! little? When I get some results I will post the "base line" photo I have and then a photo of any good gains. it takes about two weeks for the heavy cream diet to kick in. At 450ml a day that is 1500 calories added to my no sugar diet, so I am hoping to see some results in about two weeks, at least that is what I have heard happens. By "no sugar" I mean no sodas, cookies, cakes, etc., but I still might have some bagels and fruit juice without added corn syrup fructose along with plenty of carbs but I intend to keep my sugar intake low. Unfortuantely, today I had a lot of physical work and when I came home I had gone down from 225 to 223, so I decided to up my daily intake of heavy cream from 300ml a day to 450ml a day along with a "no sugar" diet that would perhaps boost my subcutaneous fat gains and decrease my visceral fat. Update: After my first day of using heavy cream at 100ml three times a day I found that I didn't have any digestion problems and very little bloat. I am fairly well toned in that I don't have any jiggling fat on my butt or thighs at this point, nor any moobs and genetically, I may not be prone to gaining in those areas, but if it occurs, I am not adverse to that. I am not interested in rapid weight gain, but consistent gaining and developing my apron. I would stay on this routine for as many months as you suggest. I was thinking of consuming about 300ml total heavy cream a day, 100ml in the morning after breakfast, 100ml with my afternoon meal and again 100 ml about an hour before I retire.
